10-Day Hassle-Free Return Policy

At GoldXtra Canada Inc., customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 10 days of the delivery date. We aim to make the return process simple, transparent, and convenient for all customers.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, manuals, accessories, labels, and warranty cards must be included.
  • The item must not show signs of misuse, installation damage, modification, or wear caused after delivery.

Restocking Fee

Please note that all approved returns are subject to a 35%–40% restocking fee. This fee covers inspection, handling, repackaging, and inventory processing costs associated with returned products. The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Orders canceled while in transit will be subject to a 20% restocking and shipping fee.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to improper use or mishandling
  • Items returned without original packaging or with missing accessories
  • Products returned after the 10-day return period
  • Products with tampered warranty or serial number stickers

Refund & Replacement Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, our team will review the return request. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued after deducting the applicable 35%–40% restocking fee, or
  • A replacement product from the GoldXtra product line may be provided, depending on product availability and customer preference.

If the replacement product is an upgraded model, the customer will be responsible for paying the price difference. If the exchanged product is of lower value, the applicable 35%–40% restocking fee will still apply.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are processed within the standard business processing timeframe and will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

How to Request a Return

To start a return request, please contact our customer support team at sales@goldxtra.ca with your order number, product details, and reason for the return. Our team will provide return instructions and assist you throughout the process.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
